Refund Policy
Effective: June 14, 2025
At Your EO Coach, we aim to be clear and fair when it comes to payments and refunds. Because our services include both digital tools and live support, our policy reflects the nature of each offering.
Digital Products
Because digital products are delivered immediately, all sales are final upon purchase. This includes tools such as the Your EO Essentials Checklist and Organize & Document Guide. Downloads are for personal use only and may not be shared or redistributed.
Workshops
Workshop registrations are non-refundable. However:

You may transfer to a future workshop date with at least 24 hours’ notice

If you miss a workshop without notice, the session is forfeited
Each registration includes access to a live session and the digital checklist, which cannot be separated or partially refunded.
Coaching Sessions
We value your time and ours. Here's how refunds and rescheduling work for Your EO Coach coaching:

Used coaching sessions are non-refundable

Unused sessions from a coaching package may be refunded if you no longer wish to continue

Completed sessions will be charged at the standard $250 rate

Remaining balance will be refunded based on this adjustment

All coaching packages have an expiration window:

3-session packages must be used within 4 months
-
6-session packages must be used within 8 months

Missed sessions without 24-hour notice are forfeited

A one-time emergency reschedule is allowed per client
If you need help staying on track, we’re here to support you — but unused time outside the expiration window will not be refunded.
