By accessing our website, purchasing a digital product, or participating in our coaching or workshop offerings, you agree to these Terms.

Who We Are

Your EO Coach offers tools and support to help individuals and families organize their essential estate-related information. We are not attorneys or financial advisors. All services are educational and coaching-based and should not be interpreted as legal, tax, or investment advice.

Services Provided

We currently offer:

  • A downloadable checklist (“Your EO Essentials Checklist”)

  • Live online workshops

  • One-on-one estate organization coaching

 

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service at our discretion.

Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Misuse our content, logos, or proprietary materials

  • Attempt unauthorized access to any portion of the site

  • Share downloads with others (products are for personal use only)

Payment & Refund Policy

All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Wix Payments).

  • Digital products (e.g., checklists) are non-refundable once downloaded

  • Workshops may be transferred to a future session with at least 24-hour notice

  • Coaching sessions must be canceled/rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the Your EO Coach logo, checklist, workshop materials, and documents — is the intellectual property of Your Estate Organization Coach. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute our materials without written permission.

Disclaimers

While we provide structure, coaching, and guidance, Your EO Coach is not liable for any outcomes resulting from your use of our services or tools. You are responsible for your own estate and legal decisions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services indicates your agreement to the revised Terms. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
