Cancellation Policy
Registration & Access •Your Estate Organization Workshop is a live, online event hosted via Zoom. •All registrations are non-refundable. If you're unable to attend live, you're welcome to reschedule to a future session (if available) or access the 30-day replay. •In the rare event that the host needs to reschedule, all registered participants will be transferred to the next available session. If you can't make that time, we'll offer other options. •One registration permits participation by a single household or up to two individuals collaborating on the same estate organization process. •The Zoom link and a link to download Your Estate Organization Checklist are sent automatically after booking. Be sure to check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see them. Workshop Timing & Participation •All times are listed in Arizona Time (MST / Phoenix, no daylight savings). •Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time. Please arrive a few minutes early to ensure you’re settled and ready. •Each session includes up to 60 minutes of structured content, followed by an optional 30-minute Q&A. •Video participation is encouraged for privacy and engagement but not required. •Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and working Zoom access; technical issues on the participant’s end do not qualify for refunds or rescheduling. Recording & Follow-Up •Workshops are recorded and a replay link will be shared with all registered participants. •The recording will remain available for 30 days and is not downloadable or shareable. •If you miss the live session, you’ll still receive access to the full workshop recording for 30 days.
