Workshop Description
Introductory Pricing: Rates shown below reflect a 30% discount, available through December 31, 2025. Regular pricing resumes January 1, 2026. Wherever you are in your estate organization journey, Your EO Coach offers the structure and support to help you move forward step by step. We’ll figure this out together. Coaching sessions are personalized to your individual needs and goals. We’ll focus on the areas that are most important to you, using whatever tools or organizational methods feel right for your situation. Choose from: • A 1-session 60-minute coaching session • A 3-session bundle (expires in 4 months) • A 6-session bundle (expires in 8 months) The Zoom link is sent after your booking request is confirmed. Payment is required in full prior to your first session. You’ll receive a payment link once your coaching request has been confirmed. After payment, you’ll receive your checklist and guide. Each session is held virtually via Zoom. You’re welcome to bring a trusted partner with you. Includes: • One 60-minute private coaching session • Your Estate Organization Checklist & Guide (instant download) • Optional participation for a trusted representative or loved one • Light email support before your session (no written summaries provided) This is personalized support to help you organize your estate essentials with clarity and confidence, based on your goals and using whatever tools you choose (whether Your EO Coach products or another method). We’ll work together to define what progress looks like for you and move forward at your pace.

Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: August 6, 2025 Overview Your EO Coach offers estate organization coaching services to guide and support individuals through the personal side of getting organized. Coaching is not legal, financial, or tax advice. All sessions are confidential and designed to meet you where you are. 15-Minute Discovery Call (Complimentary) • Purpose: This call is an opportunity to learn more about Your EO Coach and explore whether coaching is a good fit for your needs. • One per person: Limit one discovery call per individual or household. • No deliverables: This call is informational only. No written summaries or tools are provided. • No obligation: There is no commitment to book coaching services after the call. Coaching Sessions (Paid) • Session Length: Standard coaching sessions are 60 minutes unless otherwise noted in your booking. • Session Format: All sessions are virtual via Zoom. Recordings are not provided unless requested by you. • Scope: Coaching helps you compile, organize, and document your estate essentials using the tools you choose, including Your EO Coach materials. You are responsible for completing your own documents and coordinating with any legal or financial professionals. • Payment: Payment is required in full prior to your first session. You’ll receive a payment link once your coaching request has been approved. Rescheduling & Cancellations • All Coaching Sessions: May be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited at Your EO Coach’s discretion. Missed calls without notice may not be rebooked. Refunds & Expirations • Single Sessions: Non-refundable once completed. If canceled in advance, you may reschedule within 60 days. • Session Packages: Must be used within 6 months of purchase. Unused sessions are non-refundable. Confidentiality & Conduct • Your EO Coach maintains confidentiality and expects respectful, honest participation. • Coaching is collaborative. Progress depends on your engagement and follow-through. Not Professional Advice Your EO Coach is not a substitute for legal, financial, or medical professionals. Coaching support focuses on personal organization, planning clarity, and communication tools. While Your EO Coach provides structure and guidance, you are responsible for your decisions and outcomes.
